What is the cancellation policy?

Once a service is scheduled and waiver is signed, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations or date/time changes must be made at least 72 hours prior to your reserved date and approved by Endless Enchantment, or all payments will be forfeited. If within the required time, funds can be applied to any available date within 1 year.

What is the policy regarding non-payment?

Endless Enchantment may void any contract due to non-payment. Extensions may be granted in some cases, with a possible late fee. Contracts will be voided if payment isn't made within 30 days of the due date, with all payments forfeited.

Is there a refund policy for cancellations?

No, there is no refund for any cancellation for any reason. Payments can only be exchanged for a different date.
